The Robin condition uses one declared wall-flux closure

If linearised Rosseland radiation is treated as an added diffusive conductivity all the way to the wall, the same total conductance k_hnf+k_r must appear in the Robin balance and Bi. A conduction-only Robin law is a distinct alternative and requires an explicit radiative wall condition.
